Role & Responsibilities
- Coach, motivate and develop store staff to deliver consistently high standards of inclusive customer service and to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Support the host store leadership in onboarding, performance management and cultivating a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Drive client acquisition and retention through proactive clientelling, regular database management and the use of available client-facing digital tools.
- Set, communicate and monitor sales goals and KPIs; provide actionable feedback and escalate opportunities to store management.
- Oversee operational disciplines including loss prevention, adherence to company communications and follow-through on corporate actions and updates.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, ideally with supervisory responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, clarity and respect for diverse working styles.
- Comfortable using digital tools to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs and experience using Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Proven hands-on retail experience, preferably including prior supervisory or team-lead responsibility in a fast-moving fashion or luxury retail environment, with a track record of meeting sales targets and developing team capability.
