Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and coach the store sales team to deliver inclusive, high-quality customer experiences across in-store and virtual channels.
- Support onboarding, development and performance management in partnership with store leadership to build a culture of accountability and achievement.
- Drive sales through proactive clientelling: maintain and grow client database, ensure consistent client communication and leverage virtual Shopping tools.
- Set, communicate and monitor sales targets and KPIs; provide regular feedback and corrective actions to optimize team performance.
- Promote loss-prevention best practices and collaborate with management to address operational risks promptly.
- Use company communication platforms to cascade updates, follow through on actions and ensure retail standards are met.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience with demonstrated success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with empathy, clarity and respect for diverse working styles.
- Comfortable with retail technology and digital sales channels; willingness to adopt clientelling and virtual shopping tools.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and resilience under pressure.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs and competency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably with prior supervisory or team-lead responsibilities in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Education
