Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the store sales team to deliver consistent, inclusive and high‑quality customer experiences across in‑store and virtual channels.
- Onboard new hires, support professional development and foster a culture of accountability and performance in partnership with store leadership.
- Drive sales performance by setting and communicating clear targets and KPIs, monitoring results and implementing corrective actions to reach objectives.
- Own clientelling activities: ensure timely client communication, proactive database management and effective use of clientelling apps and virtual shopping tools to grow loyalty and repeat business.
- Oversee operational standards including loss prevention, adherence to company communications and follow‑through on corporate initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment, with prior supervisory or team‑lead responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with empathy, clarity and respect for diverse working styles.
- Comfort with retail technology and digital tools used for clientelling and virtual sales.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills with attention to operational detail.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Experience
Proven track record in retail sales with supervisory responsibilities; experience driving KPIs, managing client relationships and using digital clientelling or CRM tools is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary education in business, retail management or a related discipline is advantageous.
