Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations including key opening and closing procedures and other operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the retail environment.
  • Drive personal and store sales performance through strategic planning, floor presence and execution of merchandising and promotional initiatives.
  • Supervise, coach and develop store staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high service standards.
  • Cultivate long-term customer relationships by applying clienteling techniques, trend knowledge and styling advice.
  • Demonstrate multi-tasking and leadership in a fast-paced retail setting, supporting upper management to achieve broader business objectives.

Qualifications

Experience
