Michael Kors seeks a part-time Sales Supervisor in Las Vegas to lead a men's retail team, drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach store sales associates to achieve personal and store sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer experience standards.
- Assist upper management in driving sales through strategic, multi-faceted initiatives and day-to-day execution.
- Perform key opening and closing duties and oversee operational tasks to ensure store readiness and compliance.
- Develop and mentor staff through ongoing coaching in clienteling, styling techniques and product knowledge.
- Foster and sustain lasting customer relationships by maintaining awareness of trends and delivering personalised service.
- Empower the team to consistently deliver the brand's customer service standards while managing multiple priorities on the sales floor.
- Contribute to a positive, motivating store environment with a focus on staff development and internal mobility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a retail setting.
- Proven ability to build lasting customer relationships through clienteling and personalised service.
- Energetic, motivated and engaging presence; clear brand ambassadorship and passion for fashion.
- Technologically literate with an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to adopt retail tools and processes.
- Flexible availability to support a part-time schedule, including peak retail hours and weekends.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of two years of relevant retail experience, preferably in luxury or specialty retail; prior supervisory or team-lead responsibilities are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, retail management or fashion is preferred but not mandatory.
