Role & Responsibilities
- Assist upper management in driving sales results through strategic, multifaceted approach
- Execute opening and closing duties and manage daily operational tasks
- Supervise and mentor sales team to ensure highest level of customer service standards
- Foster customer relationships through personal knowledge of current trends and styling techniques
- Exercise leadership and multi-tasking capabilities to empower team performance
- Maintain flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak retail traffic days
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in English
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to operate point-of-sale equipment
Skills
Experience
2+ years of relevant retail experience required. Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and manage store operations in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
