Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets through elevated sales techniques
- Develop personal sales skills and mentor associates to maximize overall sales performance
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of merchandise and fashion industry trends
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through personal client relationship management
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and effectively
- Assist sales associates with customer service matters, returns, and defective merchandise
- Collaborate with store manager on risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory management

Qualifications
