Michael Kors seeks a part‑time Sales Supervisor in Kungsbacka (Hede Outlet, Gothenburg) to drive sales and lead the store team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team on the shop floor to achieve and exceed sales targets and store KPIs.
  • Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised service, clienteling and strong product knowledge.
  • Coach, develop and performance‑manage associates; give on‑the‑job training and feedback to maximise selling capability.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure floor presentation aligns with brand directives.
  • Assist with stock management, replenishment, inventory control and loss‑prevention measures.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high‑energy environment during peak trading and promotional periods.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in a fast‑paced, high‑turnover retail environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
