Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Supervisor in Kansas City, MO to lead the store team, drive sales and deliver elevated client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining exemplary customer service standards.
  • Perform and oversee key opening, closing and daily operational procedures to ensure smooth store functioning and loss-prevention compliance.
  • Develop client relationships through proactive clienteling, personalised styling and ongoing trend knowledge to drive repeat business.

Qualifications
