Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily sales-floor operations, including key opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
- Coach and mentor sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through clienteling and personalized styling guidance.
- Drive sales via strategic merchandising, product placement and replenishment.
- Support management in planning and executing floor sets, product launches and seasonal transitions.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are consistently upheld.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and supervise a retail sales team.
- Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability to support a variable retail schedule, including peak retail periods.
- Demonstrated aptitude for merchandising, inventory awareness and driving floor performance.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of frontline retail experience is required; prior supervisory or team-lead experience in a fashion or luxury retail environment is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, fashion merchandising or customer experience are a plus.
