Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store sales targets while developing lasting client relationships
- Provide staff supervision and mentorship, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Develop and refine personal sales techniques and coach associates to maximize individual and team sales performance
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and demonstrate elevated levels of sales and service
- Oversee post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through personal client management and support associate client book development
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with store management on risk management, security, cash controls, and inventory oversight
- Train sales staff in register operations and management functions
- Execute stock, shipping, and receiving protocols and maintain associated documentation
- Participate in physical inventories
- Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, and reflects the correct visual merchandising standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years specialty retail experience
- Demonstrated sales performance and ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong supervisory and team leadership capabilities

- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management functions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
