Role & Responsibilities
- Assist upper management in driving sales results through strategic, multifaceted retail approaches
- Execute key opening and closing duties and ensure operational task completion
- Lead and empower the sales team to maintain the highest customer service standards while exercising strong supervisory and multitasking capabilities
- Foster meaningful customer relationships by developing personal product knowledge, staying current with fashion trends, and coaching team members on styling techniques
- Demonstrate flexibility and commitment to individual growth within a dynamic retail environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and stoop
- Ability to handle merchandise and operate point-of-sale equipment
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members in written and verbal formats
Skills
Experience
2+ years of relevant retail experience required. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive sales results, and deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail management training or certification is beneficial but not required.
