Michael Kors in Houston seeks a full-time Sales Supervisor to lead store sales and client experience. Must be US-work-authorized and English proficient.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and point-of-sale oversight.
- Coach, mentor and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining exemplary customer service standards.
- Drive sales through proactive customer engagement, clienteling and styling guidance, and by modelling current trends and product knowledge.
- Support senior management with strategic initiatives to increase conversion, average transaction value and client retention.
- Manage multiple priorities in a high-traffic retail environment, ensuring visual standards, merchandising and inventory control are maintained.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail experience, with supervisory or team-lead responsibilities preferred.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; the company does not sponsor employment visas for this position.
- Fluent proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and peak retail dates (e.g., Black Friday, Mother’s Day, Christmas Eve).
- Demonstrable ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform repetitive stocking and merchandising tasks; reasonable accommodations provided as required.

Experience
At least 2+ years of retail experience with a track record of achieving sales targets; prior supervisory or leadership experience in a specialty retail or luxury environment is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or retail/management training preferred.
