Michael Kors (Houston — Willowbrook) seeks a Part-time Sales Supervisor to lead the store team, drive sales and deliver premium client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach, supervise and develop the sales team to achieve individual and store revenue targets while upholding elevated customer service standards.
- Lead daily store operations including key opening and closing duties, cash handling and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Foster enduring customer relationships through expert clienteling and personalised styling guidance.
- Support upper management by executing strategic initiatives to drive sales performance and enhance the in-store experience.
- Demonstrate operational flexibility, multi-task effectively across floor management and visual standards, and mentor colleagues in selling techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience with demonstrated sales performance.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a retail team in a fast-paced store environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Technologically literate with experience using point-of-sale systems and basic retail reporting; prior experience with clienteling tools is a plus.

At least two years of frontline retail experience with direct selling responsibility; prior supervisory or lead experience preferred, ideally within contemporary or luxury fashion retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in fashion, merchandising or business is advantageous.
