Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Supervisor in Houston Metro to lead the sales floor, coach the team, and deliver exceptional luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store and personal sales performance through strategic, results-oriented initiatives and day-to-day execution.
  • Supervise and coach store staff to deliver elevated customer service and styling advice; develop team selling and clienteling skills.
  • Perform key opening and closing duties and ensure operational standards, loss prevention and visual presentation are maintained.
  • Foster lasting customer relationships by staying current on trends and mentoring styling techniques.
  • Support upper management with sales strategies, shift coordination and multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate a sales team in a high-volume or luxury retail environment.
  • Demonstrated clienteling and relationship-building skills with a customer-first orientation.
  • Energetic, self-starting attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with retail technology and point-of-sale systems; adaptable to change and operational priorities.

Experience
