Michael Kors seeks a Part-Time Sales Supervisor in Honolulu, Hawaii. Lead sales team, drive revenue goals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals while driving overall sales generation
- Develop personal sales techniques and mentor associate sales staff to maximize sales performance across the team
- Utilize elevated levels of sales and service expertise to optimize sales outcomes
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of merchandise assortment and communicate product benefits effectively to customers
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Maintain strict adherence to all sales-related policies and procedures
- Build and develop expertise in current fashion industry trends and market developments
- Support and encourage sales associates to deliver consistently high-quality customer service
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through personal client relationships and assist staff in developing their client books
- Resolve client problems and complaints promptly and effectively while ensuring satisfaction
- Assist sales associates with complex customer service matters including dissatisfied customers, returns, and defective merchandise
- Collaborate with store management on risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory oversight
- Train and guide sales staff in appropriate point-of-sale register usage, maintenance, and management functions
- Execute all management-level register functions accurately
- Support stock, shipping, and receiving protocols, procedures, and related paperwork
- Participate in physical inventory counts
- Ensure the selling floor is maintained as neat, organized, and properly stocked to reflect the brand visual image
- Assist in implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual presentation directives
- Process deliveries in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify and communicate product concerns and inventory needs to support business objectives
- Maintain professional image and grooming standards consistent with brand positioning
- Adhere to assigned work schedule and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
- Support and participate in all training programs and professional development seminars
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience
- Proven sales track record with ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership capability with demonstrated ability to mentor and guide retail associates
- Comprehensive product knowledge and ability to communicate merchandise benefits
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail management software
- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated ability to resolve client concerns
- Professional presentation and strong brand alignment
- Flexibility to work assigned retail hours including potential evening and weekend shifts
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience, ideally in an upscale or premium fashion retail environment. Proven success in a sales-focused role with demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or higher preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21 to USD 23.33 per hour.
