Role & Responsibilities
- Support store leadership in executing sales strategies to achieve personal and store targets.
- Supervise daily store operations, including key opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
- Coach and mentor sales associates on clienteling, styling techniques and product knowledge to build lasting customer relationships.
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand-standard customer service and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Delegate tasks, manage shift coverage and multi-task across operational priorities to sustain store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a frontline retail team.
- Strong customer orientation with proven clienteling and relationship-building skills.
- Flexible, proactive and able to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Technologically comfortable with retail systems and digital sales tools.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of progressive retail experience with demonstrated sales performance; prior supervisory or lead responsibilities preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in fashion, retail management or business is preferred.
