Michael Kors is hiring a part-time Sales Supervisor in Hershey, PA to lead retail operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet personal and store sales goals and develop sales techniques for associates to maximize performance
  • Build and maintain repeat clientele through personal client book management and staff guidance
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
  • Supervise and support sales associates in register usage, cash controls, and customer service protocols
  • Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, properly stocked, and reflects the brand's visual image
  • Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives while processing deliveries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with store management on risk management, physical security, and inventory management
  • Participate in staff training, inventory counts, and all shipping/receiving operations
  • Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain professional image and grooming standards aligned with brand identity

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years specialty retail experience
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Competency in visual merchandising and inventory management

Experience
