Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach sales staff to achieve individual and store sales targets while safeguarding an elevated customer experience.
- Perform and oversee key opening and closing procedures and routine operational tasks, including cash-handling and point-of-sale reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized styling, clienteling and trend knowledge.
- Support upper management with strategic initiatives to drive results and implement merchandising or promotional directives.

Qualifications

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and peak retail traffic days.
