Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining exemplary customer service standards.
- Lead opening and closing procedures and execute daily operational tasks to ensure store readiness and compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalised service, clienteling and styling advice.
- Drive a commercial agenda through visual merchandising, floor management and proactive selling techniques.
- Mentor team members on product knowledge, styling techniques and performance improvement.
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for peak trading periods, holidays and promotional events.
- Operate point-of-sale equipment and oversee accurate transaction processing and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience with a demonstrable record of sales performance.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Availability and flexibility to work weekends, holidays and high-traffic retail days.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to lift/carry up to 30 pounds.

Experience
At least two years of progressive retail experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment, including supervisory or lead responsibilities on the sales floor.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising or fashion preferred.
