Role & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily store operations, including key opening and closing duties and adherence to operational procedures.
- Coach and mentor sales associates on clienteling, styling techniques and elevated customer service.
- Foster long-term customer relationships through proactive outreach and product knowledge.
- Empower the sales team to meet performance standards while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop retail staff with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated passion for fashion and brand representation.
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and operational responsibilities (opening/closing, visual standards).
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of direct retail experience, ideally including supervisory responsibilities; experience in luxury or premium retail and demonstrated success in clienteling and meeting sales targets is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, sales or leadership training is advantageous.
