Role & Responsibilities
- Assist upper management in driving sales results through strategic, multifaceted approaches
- Oversee key opening and closing duties and operational tasks
- Supervise and mentor sales team members to ensure consistent customer service standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English

- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Knowledge of clienteling and relationship-building techniques
- Point-of-sale system proficiency

Experience
1 year of relevant retail experience required. Preference for candidates with demonstrated leadership in fast-paced retail environments and experience building customer relationships through personalized styling consultation.
Education
