Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store sales operations to deliver exceptional customer experience and meet sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to maximize individual and team performance.
- Drive key KPIs including sales, conversion, average transaction value and client retention through active floor management and clienteling.
- Ensure merchandising, visual presentation and product placement meet brand standards and promotional directives.
- Manage staffing needs: scheduling, attendance, onboarding and performance feedback.
- Maintain operational discipline including cash handling, POS procedures, stock control and loss-prevention measures.
- Resolve client issues and escalations with professionalism, preserving brand reputation and client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in a high-volume retail environment, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to develop talent and lead a multi-disciplined sales team.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and driving measurable KPI improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and polished presentation.
- Legal right to work in Italy.

Experience as a sales supervisor or senior retail advisor in fashion retail, with demonstrated success managing teams in a fast-paced, high-sales-volume store and delivering superior client service.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational qualification or diploma in retail/management preferred.
