Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, including key opening and closing procedures and cash-handling responsibilities.

- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
At least 2 years of progressive retail experience; prior supervisory or team‑lead experience strongly preferred, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing store talent.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in retail management, fashion or business is advantageous.
