Role & Responsibilities
- Support store leadership to achieve sales targets through strategic, multi-faceted initiatives and hands-on coaching.
- Execute key opening and closing procedures and oversee daily operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.
- Coach and mentor sales associates on styling techniques, product knowledge and clienteling to strengthen customer relationships.
- Model and enforce high standards of customer service, merchandising and presentation while managing multiple priorities.
- Drive team engagement and performance through leadership, motivation and real-time feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Demonstrated aptitude for coaching or informal leadership; desire to mentor and develop team members (preferred).
- Proven clienteling ability with experience building long-term customer relationships (preferred).
- Energetic, motivated brand ambassador with a strong interest in fashion and luxury retail (preferred).
- Comfortable with retail technology and adopting new tools; entrepreneurial mindset (preferred).
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of hands-on retail experience, ideally within premium or luxury fashion; prior supervisory or team-lead exposure is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising or a related field preferred.
