- Recruit, train and develop store staff, filling all positions promptly with qualified personnel.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by taking an active role on the selling floor.
- Ensure all associates provide the highest level of customer service.
- Ensure operational procedures are followed correctly.
- Implement and maintain all merchandising directives.
