Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales performance through coaching, execution of merchandising and selling strategies, and hands-on leadership.
- Supervise day-to-day store operations including key opening and closing duties and other operational tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Coach and mentor sales associates in styling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge to build lasting customer relationships.
- Support upper management by executing strategic initiatives and contributing to local business plans and KPIs.
- Foster a customer-centric environment by modelling high standards of service and empowering the team to meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop retail teams.
- Strong clienteling aptitude with proven skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Energetic, brand-forward attitude and a genuine passion for fashion.
- Comfortable with operational responsibilities, multi-tasking and using retail technology.

Experience
At least 2+ years of relevant retail experience; prior supervisory or lead experience in a luxury or premium retail environment preferred.
