Michael Kors is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Cypress, Texas, to drive personal and store sales, develop client relationships, guide staff, and uphold customer-service standards. The role supports store operations, inventory, merchandising, visual presentation, and staff training; it reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Develop personal sales techniques and help associates develop theirs to maximize sales.
• Use elevated sales and service standards to maximize sales performance.
• Demonstrate in-depth merchandise knowledge.
• After each sale, monitor shipping, alterations when applicable, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain all sales-related policies and procedures.
• Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends.
• Support and encourage staff to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Build and maintain repeat clientele using a personal client book and help staff make effective use of their client books.
• Resolve client problems and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist sales associates with customer service issues, including dissatisfied customers, returns, and defective merchandise.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management.
• Help train sales staff in appropriate register use and maintenance.
• Understand and properly perform all management register functions.
• Assist with stock, shipping, and receiving protocols, policies, procedures, and related paperwork.
• Participate in inventories.
• For offsite drivers only, drive products to and from the offsite location as needed.
• Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, stocked, and consistently reflects the correct visual image.
• Help implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives.
• Ensure deliveries are processed properly and promptly.
• Identify product concerns in a timely manner.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Ensure professional image and grooming standards consistently reflect the brand image.
• Adhere to the work schedule, including time and attendance requirements.
• Support and follow up on training programs and seminars.
