Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining exemplary luxury client service.
- Perform key opening and closing procedures and oversee daily store operations, including cash handling and POS reconciliation.
- Drive clienteling activities and personal styling initiatives to deepen customer relationships and maximize repeat business.
- Enable team development through on-floor mentoring, product education and performance feedback.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, merchandise presentation and inventory handling during peak retail periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail experience, ideally with supervisory or lead responsibilities.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and peak retail events.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (standing for extended periods, lifting up to 30 lbs).

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience with demonstrated success in sales; prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certification in retail management, merchandising or fashion is a plus.
