Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales goals through effective sales techniques and client relationship development
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to sales associates, including coaching on sales methodology and customer service excellence
- Maintain comprehensive client relationship practices utilizing personal client books and assisting staff with client retention strategies
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
