Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach the store sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining exemplary customer service.
- Perform key opening and closing duties and oversee daily operational tasks, including cash-handling and store readiness.
- Drive clienteling and relationship-building through personalized styling, follow-up and targeted selling strategies.
- Support upper management with execution of sales initiatives, merchandising standards and local marketing activities.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting best practices in sales techniques, product knowledge and visual presentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience with demonstrated results.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-management capability with an emphasis on delivery of a luxury customer experience.
- Comfortable executing opening/closing procedures and routine operational tasks.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of hands-on retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion; prior supervisory or lead-sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in retail, merchandising or fashion is advantageous.
