Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals while developing and coaching associates' sales techniques to maximize overall sales performance
- Support and encourage staff to provide the highest level of customer service at all times
- Build and maintain repeat clientele by utilizing personal client book and assisting staff with client management practices
- Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues including dissatisfied customers, returns, and defective merchandise
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise and maintain current awareness of fashion industry trends
- Monitor all post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure all sales-related policies and procedures are maintained and executed consistently
- Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, stocked, and reflects the correct visual image at all times
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of all merchandising and visual directives
- Collaborate with store manager on risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management
- Assist in training sales staff on register usage, maintenance, and appropriate management functions
- Assist in all areas of stock management, shipping and receiving protocols, and related paperwork
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as required
- Ensure professional image and grooming standards reflective of brand standards at all times
- Adhere to work schedule and support follow-up for all training programs and seminars
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years specialty retail experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership capability with ability to inspire and guide team members
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and register functions
- Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for floor coverage during peak periods
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of luxury consumer goods
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years specialty retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion or premium apparel retail. Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or related coursework a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 18.50 per hour.
