Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and coach the store team to deliver elevated customer experiences in-store and via Virtual Shopping, fostering a culture of performance, ownership and accountability.
- Support the Management Team with onboarding, training and continuous development of Jet Set Ambassadors; provide actionable feedback to optimise individual and team performance.
- Drive personal and store sales targets by monitoring KPIs, analysing reports and implementing remedial action plans to capitalise on business opportunities.
- Maintain strong floor presence; service lead the team to prioritise client engagement, proactive clienteling and efficient follow-up across all communication channels.
- Oversee operational standards including store maintenance, visual merchandising execution in collaboration with the District Visual Manager, inventory controls and loss-prevention measures.
- Utilise technology and company communication platforms for inventory management, sales analysis and client relationship management to enhance productivity and sales conversion.
Qualifications
- Proven retail and supervisory experience within a fast-paced fashion or luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrable ability to coach and develop retail sales teams and to hold teams accountable for results.
- Proficiency in Retail Math and an understanding of retail KPIs with the ability to translate data into action.
- Strong technology aptitude, including effective use of Microsoft Office and store communication platforms to drive sales and client engagement.
- Impeccable personal presentation and alignment with brand image and grooming standards.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
