Michael Kors in Calgary seeks a full‑time Sales Supervisor to lead the retail team and deliver luxury client service (CAD 17–19/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a retail sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs; provide regular feedback and on-the-floor training.
- Deliver high‑touch luxury client service and drive conversion through proactive clienteling and relationship management.
- Own daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling accuracy and adherence to loss‑prevention protocols.
- Execute merchandising, visual standards and product presentation to brand guidelines and campaign directives.
- Manage staffing and rostering to ensure coverage for peak periods, events and promotional activity.
- Analyze sales performance, monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment with the store management team.
- Resolve client issues with composure and professionalism; escalate complex matters to store management as required.
Qualifications
- Proven people leadership with the ability to motivate and develop frontline sales associates.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead capacity; experience in premium or luxury apparel/accessories preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
