Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and lead the sales team to achieve individual and store revenue targets.
- Perform and oversee key opening and closing procedures and other operational tasks to ensure store readiness and loss-prevention compliance.

- Comfortable with point-of-sale and basic retail technology; entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn new systems.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience with responsibility for sales performance and direct interaction with customers; prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.
