Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire, coach, and support the store team whilst building a culture of accountability and performance in partnership with the host store management
- Assist with onboarding and development of team members, ensuring comprehensive induction and ongoing support
- Guide the team to deliver high-quality, inclusive customer experiences that build loyalty and repeat business across in-store and virtual shopping channels
- Ensure team members maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools
- Proactively manage client database to increase sales and cultivate long-term customer relationships
