Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets while coaching associates to maximize individual sales performance
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through personalized client relationship management and targeted follow-up
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Oversee sales floor presentation, ensuring merchandise is neatly displayed, properly stocked, and visually aligned with brand directives
- Train and supervise sales associates in point-of-sale systems, register functions, and transaction procedures
- Manage inventory oversight, stock receiving, shipping protocols, and related administrative documentation
- Collaborate with store management on risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory accountability
- Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards reflective of the Michael Kors brand image
- Participate in store inventories and visual merchandising implementation
- Monitor sales details including shipping, alterations, and special customer requests to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years specialty retail experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
