Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations and perform key opening and closing duties to ensure operational excellence.
  • Drive personal and store sales results through active selling, merchandising and execution of sales strategies.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to elevate clienteling skills, styling techniques and product knowledge.
  • Foster and maintain lasting customer relationships through proactive clienteling and trend-led advice.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service while managing competing priorities and multitasking across operational tasks.
  • Support upper management in implementing strategic initiatives and meeting store KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.

Experience
