Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals through advanced sales techniques and merchandise knowledge
- Mentor and develop sales associates' sales techniques and client engagement strategies to maximize team performance
- Build and maintain a robust personal client book while assisting staff in cultivating repeat clientele
- Resolve client complaints and service issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Oversee register functions, staff training on POS systems, and transaction accuracy
- Collaborate with store management on risk assessment, physical security, cash controls, and inventory management
- Execute merchandising and visual directives, ensuring the selling floor maintains brand-appropriate presentation at all times
- Process deliveries in a timely manner and communicate inventory needs to support business objectives
- Participate in store inventories and stock/receiving protocols
- Uphold brand image and grooming standards; maintain professional attendance and punctuality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience
- Demonstrated supervisory or lead experience in a retail sales environment
- Strong sales acumen with ability to consistently achieve performance targets
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail management procedures
