Michael Kors is hiring a Sales Supervisor in Austin, TX (Barton Creek) to lead sales, coaching and customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor by supervising, coaching and motivating store associates to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Execute opening and closing procedures and oversee daily operational tasks to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Cultivate exceptional customer relationships through personalised styling, clienteling and by promoting brand experiences.
- Monitor merchandising standards, product presentation and stock handling to maximise sell-through and maintain visual integrity.
- Support senior management with strategic initiatives to drive traffic, conversion and average transaction value.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, including supervisory or lead responsibilities.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; the employer is not able to sponsor employment visas.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and peak retail trading days.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds and perform routine merchandising and POS tasks.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail experience with demonstrated success in sales, customer service and frontline supervision; luxury or premium retail background preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in business, retail management or fashion is a plus.
