Role & Responsibilities
- Support store leadership in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve individual and store targets.
- Perform key opening and closing procedures and manage daily operational responsibilities to ensure smooth store functioning.
- Coach and mentor sales associates on styling techniques, customer engagement and clienteling to cultivate lasting client relationships.
- Lead by example to maintain high standards of customer service while delegating, motivating and monitoring team performance.
- Demonstrate flexibility, multi-tasking and a proactive approach to personal development within a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven ability to supervise, coach and develop sales teams.
- Strong customer-service orientation with demonstrable clienteling or relationship-building experience.
- Comfort with operational store tasks including opening/closing and basic administrative duties.
- Availability for a flexible, part-time schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience with direct exposure to sales targets and team supervision; prior experience in fashion or luxury retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or an associate degree in business, retail or a related field is a plus.
