Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building capabilities.
- Demonstrable interest in fashion and personal styling.
- Comfortable with technology and retail systems; entrepreneurial mindset.
- Multilingual ability is a plus.

Experience
At least 2+ years of retail experience with prior supervisory or senior sales responsibilities; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in retail, fashion or business is advantageous.
