Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals whilst developing personal sales techniques and mentoring associates to maximize sales performance
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise and utilize elevated levels of sales and service to optimize performance
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through personal client book management and staff support
- Resolve client problems and complaints efficiently whilst assisting sales associates with service issues including returns and defective merchandise
- Collaborate with store manager on risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory management
- Train sales staff in register usage and execute all management register functions appropriately
- Oversee stock, shipping, receiving protocols, and related paperwork; participate in inventories
- Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, and properly stocked whilst maintaining correct visual image standards
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives; process deliveries timely
- Ensure professional image and grooming standards reflective of brand identity; adhere to work schedule and support training programs

- Minimum two years specialty retail experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and management register functions
