Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales performance to meet and exceed targets through elevated sales and service techniques.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates on clienteling, product knowledge and selling methodologies to optimise conversion and average transaction value.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve client issues expediently and maintain long-term client relationships using personal and team client books.
- Manage daily store operations including register functions, cash controls, inventory procedures, shipping/receiving and participation in physical inventories.
- Support loss-prevention, risk-management and physical security practices in collaboration with the store manager.
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives to ensure the selling floor is stocked, organised and brand-compliant.
- Oversee post-sale service (shipping, alterations, special requests) to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Uphold brand image and grooming standards, enforce time-and-attendance policies and support team training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of specialty or luxury retail experience with a proven sales track record.
- Demonstrated supervisory or team-lead experience in a retail environment.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building capability with a focus on repeat business.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Valid driver's license required if assigned Offsite driver responsibilities.

At least 2 years of specialty or luxury retail experience, including direct selling to high-end clientele and prior responsibility for coaching or supervising sales associates; demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage operational store tasks.
Education
