Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist upper management to drive results through strategic and multifaceted approaches
  • Oversee key store opening and closing duties and operational tasks
  • Coach team members on styling techniques and current fashion trends
  • Foster and develop customer relationships through personalized consultations and product knowledge

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience
  • English language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to meet flexible scheduling requirements, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail days
