Michael Kors seeks Sales Supervisor in Greater Atlanta to lead retail team, drive customer relationships, and ensure service excellence in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist upper management in driving store results through strategic and multifaceted approaches
- Execute key opening and closing duties alongside operational tasks to maintain store standards
- Demonstrate flexibility and foster individual growth within a fast-paced retail environment
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by cultivating knowledge of current fashion trends and coaching styling techniques
- Empower team members to deliver exceptional customer service while exercising leadership and multitasking capabilities
- Maintain visual standards and merchandise presentation aligned with brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to meet flexible scheduling requirements, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
- Proven customer relationship management and styling consultation abilities
- Point-of-sale system proficiency and technical competency
- Leadership capability with a passion for fashion and brand ambassadorship
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience in a sales or supervisory capacity, preferably within luxury or premium fashion retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
