Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including key opening and closing procedures and related operational tasks to ensure seamless service and security.
- Drive personal and store sales performance through strategic execution, goal setting and hands-on selling.
- Supervise, mentor and develop the sales team to elevate product knowledge, styling techniques and clienteling capabilities.
- Foster long-term customer relationships by coaching the team in personalised service, trend awareness and follow-up client engagement.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service through active floor leadership, multi-tasking and problem resolution.
- Support upper management with strategic initiatives, in-store execution and performance reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong customer-service orientation with demonstrable clienteling or CRM experience.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and ability to perform opening/closing duties.
- Energetic, motivated demeanour and authentic brand advocacy with a passion for fashion.

Education
