Role & Responsibilities
- Assist upper management in driving sales results through strategic and multifaceted approaches to team leadership and performance management
- Oversee key opening and closing duties and manage operational tasks to ensure store compliance and efficiency

Qualifications

- Ability to maintain flexible store scheduling and availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail traffic periods

2+ years of relevant retail experience, with preference given to candidates with supervisory, team leadership, or customer-facing excellence in luxury or fashion retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail management certification or training is preferred.
