  • Track record of meeting sales targets and coaching a sales team to achieve KPIs.
  • Strong customer service and clienteling orientation with the ability to resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Comfortable executing store operational controls: cash handling, register functions, stock management and loss prevention.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods; valid driver’s license preferred if required for offsite product transport.
