Michael Kors seeks a part-time Sales Supervisor in Amsterdam (38 hours) to lead the retail team, drive sales and deliver elevated client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and inspire the store team to create a high-performance culture that delivers on brand expectations and individual accountability.
  • Support onboarding, training and ongoing development of Jet Set Ambassadors; provide constructive feedback and performance coaching.
  • Model and enforce brand image, grooming and behavioural standards across the team.
  • Drive exceptional client experiences in-store and via Virtual Shopping, ensuring consistent use of clienteling apps and tools to maintain client communications.
  • Proactively manage and grow the client database to increase loyalty and sales.
  • Set, communicate and monitor sales, unit and KPI targets for the team; analyse reports and implement action plans to meet or exceed objectives.
  • Maintain strong floor presence, lead by example and support the team in resolving customer service issues with empowered decision-making.
  • Support store operations including visual merchandising execution, store maintenance, auditing and loss-prevention initiatives in collaboration with management and LPRM.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail and people-management experience with a fast-paced retailer.
  • Demonstrable ability to coach teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Technology-proficient with experience leveraging clienteling apps and retail platforms to drive sales.
  • Proficiency in Retail Math, KPI interpretation and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.

Experience
